Lessons and Clinics

At River Sage Stables in Bellevue, Idaho, we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the Western way of life. Our facility is not just about riding; we offer a holistic approach to horsemanship that encompasses all aspects of horse care and training. We provide lessons tailored to all skill levels, ensuring that each rider gains confidence and competence both in the saddle and on the ground.

In addition to our riding programs, we host a variety of horse events and clinics throughout the year, as well as private events and community activities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, you will find a supportive community here that shares your passion for horses.

Horseback Riding Lessons

  • Private:
    • $40 – Boarders
    • $50 – Non-boarders + $20 haul-in fee
  • Group:
    • $30 – Boarders
    • $40 – Non-boarders + $ 20 haul-in fee
  • $10 additional – All cow lessons
  • Dummy roping lessons – ground and pull dummies
  • Barrel racing, pole-bending, cow work, basic horsemanship

Clinics & Events

We offer a variety of clinics to help riders improve their skills and deepen their connection with their horses. Our clinics are designed to create a friendly, supportive atmosphere where riders can learn and grow together.
